The production procedure following crop and gathering of fresh vegetables at the company, includes initially the stage of quality control, process and standardization.

Initially the company produced two products, the Pickle and Pepper pickle in large packages for export. The company then developed the production of other products such are:

• Red pepper, roasted, full or in slices
• Beetroot salad
• Pickle cucumber
• Eggplant mash
• Sun cured tomato in olive oil
• Red roasted pepper paste

The machinery of the company responds to its continuously growing needs in the area of production.
